Our 1-day Back to Basics Well-Being Workshops are practical courses focused on improving your well-being, now and for the future. Based in a woodland glade in green heart of the Brecon Beacons mountain range, they combine woodland mindfulness and personal coaching. The day includes:

  • time to pause and relax using woodland mindfulness techniques;
  • time to reflect and identify the issue/s that cause you stress;
  • time to grow through identifying goals using focused personalised coaching; and
  • the opportunity for follow-up support and coaching after the event.

Well-being Weekends

Our Back to Basics Well-Being Weekends are practical workshops focused on improving your well-being, now and for the future. Based in a woodland glade in green heart of the Brecon Beacons mountain range, they combine woodland mindfulness, personal coaching, and outdoor activity. The weekend include:

  • time to pause and relax using woodland mindfulness techniques;
  • time to reflect and identify the issue/s that cause you stress;
  • time to grow through identifying goals using focused personalised coaching;
  • a chance to experience personal growth through outdoor activity (walking or canoeing); and
  • the opportunity for follow-up support and coaching after the event.

Online Personal Coaching

Our Back to Basics Online Personal Coaching sessions are delivered ‘face-to-face’ via the Zoom video-conferencing tool.

These are designed to help individuals who need support in identifying and solving issues to improve their lives. Through focussed one-to-one discussion we will help you to:

  • pin down your issue(s);
  • decide on your goals;
  • help you look at your options;
  • guide you to make decisions and choose actions; and
  • support you in making the changes you want.

This process usually requires 4 -5 focused conversations between 60-90 minutes.
